Bald Eagles, Alaska

Much like the Grizzlies I photographed in September 2014, these bald eagles come near this river to feast on the spawning salmon. As this happens later in the season here in the south west of Alaska (less than 100 miles north of Juneau), this attracts hundreds of birds from other areas where the salmon runs are over now.
